"Multi-award-winning poet Shaindel Beers is to join Salt with a two book deal. Beers’ poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies. She is currently a professor of English at Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton, Oregon, in Eastern Oregon’s high desert and also serves as Poetry Editor of Contrary, and as a Poetry Reviewer for Bookslut."
Additionally, she took her Jeopardy test online and was chosen for an audition (I'm so jealous) and Alex told her how much smarter she was then everybody else and she promised me (no she didn't) if she don't know the answer to the final jeopardy question (she will) she will not guess, she will simply write "What is DOGZPLOT"
